• Founder's Message

    Bishop George School is basically the dream come true of our Co-founder , Our Chairman gave wings to her imagination by laying the foundation stone of the school . As I have taken the charge of Principal, I would like to continue setting high expectations for our students in regards to academic performance within the classroom, participation in co-curricular activities as well as responsible citizenship at school and in the community. Besides that, I believe that parent’s involvement is equally important for generating the best citizen of our country. I always emphasize that emotional bonding with the parents and teachers is must to imbibe and inculcate values and knowledge among the students. At the same time, our vision of education extends far beyond the classroom. Learning here takes place in many shapes and forms. Students have the opportunity to participate fully on the sporting field, on the stage, in leadership activities, Vocational Education and Training courses and on the Debating platform. I am looking forward to make my Bishopians tech'savvy and possess effective communication skills to strive successfully in the competitive world.

    To prepare boys and girls to enter a competitive and interconnected world we build their capacity to collaborate, take intellectual risks and turn their ideas and passions into something original and valuable. We want them to leave The Doon School ready to engage with and contribute to any team they find themselves a member of; life is a team sport after all.
